Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all stickers and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
